A big part of being committed to living with our Creator is not only through our learning, but through our emotional experiences. Feeling the inner joy of Shabbat prayer and the warmth and connection of Shabbat meals makes Judaism real, vibrant and personal.
By disconnecting from the physicality of the week, we give room for our soul to experience transcended time. Shabbat is the zone in which we rejoice with those around us, and raise the here and now.
Shabbat in Tzfat is a real experience that effects tens of thousands of people. Every week families, individuals, seminaries, yeshivas, and general visitors arrive to experience the joy and spirituality of Shabbat.
We have the great merit of davening in the Mekarve shul, an ancient and holy synagogue. We pray in Carlebach style, with a lot of singing, and genuine enthusiasm.
